A Customer Support Manager's main purpose is to establish positive relationships with all clients and Clearview internal teams while providing exceptional proactive recommendations and solutions for a higher quality customer experience with our product. Day-to-day duties include managing multiple accounts, troubleshooting and diagnosing customer problems in a largely technical role. Customer Support Manager will act as consultants by providing technical assistance while resolving end-user issues with extraordinary customer service above all else. This position offers flexibility, full beneifts and a starting wage of $12-14/hr.

DUTIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR DUTIES

1. Ensures that all assigned accounts are efficiently using our product through proactive customer support with weekly interactions to build client retention.

2. Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of our product. This includes training our clients on using the product and sharing best practices.

3. Resolves and/or escalates customer issues timely. Manages trouble tickets for clients from start to finish and effectively communicates with the client throughout the entirety of the process.

4. Builds and maintains a knowledge base of each client's business, organization, and objectives.

5. Generates reports with concise communication to management regarding projects, pending issues, or other items as requested.

6. Completes and updates client relationship management (CRM) system upon each client interaction to specify all work done on that account.

7. Works as a consultant assisting clients with their business performance goals, and helping them apply new ideas for behavioral intelligence.

8. Identifies and engages in upsell opportunities as applicable for each client.

9. Consistently work with clients to raise adoption percentages through professional relationship building, product knowledge, and business acumen.

10. Works as a team with other Customer Support Specialists to identify best practices and creatively collaborate on new processes.

11. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required Competencies:

1. Minimum six months experience providing customer support, account management, or sales via phone (must be listed in resume)

2. Ability to manage multiple account relationships and maintain a high-level of organization

3. Exceptional interpersonal skillsespecially oral and written communication

4. Excellent public speaking abilities and confidence required

5. Must be self-motivated and excel at problem solving solutions

6. Must be proficient in excel, csv file formats, word, and all other Microsoft office suites
