As a Customer Service Representative for Focus Services you're working as a problem solver, managing and making quick decisions, and building your book of business. You are the one and only as far as your customers and carriers are concerned. 

Focus Representatives are responsible for updating customer's accounts and processing orders daily.  Our Representatives also generate additional sales by exploring available offers on each customer's account.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Field inbound calls in a professional manner
  • Respond to and resolve customer questions
  • Research possible solutions to customer issues
  • Offer the Customer a free account review to provide the customer with the best offer
  • Sell / Up sell products on customer's account
  • Follow up customer calls when the issue isn't resolved during the first contact
  • Retain customers wanting to cancel
  • Deescalate angry customers
  • Customer service/Sales
  • Computer navigation, data entry and chats
  • Meets sales and quality quotas set by coach and director

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must be able to type at least 25 wpm
  • Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability to multi-task through different applications/screens
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must pass drug testing
