As an Inbound Call Center Representative for Focus Services you will assist with customer's questions and concerns over the telephone. QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 or older
Type 25+ WPM
Pass a Background & Drug test
Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability to multi-task through different applications/screens 
Good numerical and analytical skills
Skill to communicate effectively with customers
Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment
